Monkstone House is a large office building at 30 City Road, on the edge of Peterborough's Cathedral quarter. MJS is converting it into 65 apartments, with completion due in 2028.
The building's curved frontage gives many apartments angled bay windows and a lot of daylight, and the building has outstanding views of Peterborough Cathedral. The scheme converts the existing four floors and adds two new floors on top. Every apartment has an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space, and most have two bedrooms.
